Requirements for Director: Must be the Owner, CEO, COO, CFO, President, or General Manager of an A3H regular member in good standing.
Board members are required to attend 3 of the 4 meetings held each year. These are held in January, April, July, and October. The exact date (usually the last Wednesday of each month), time, and takes place on Zoom. If a Board member is absent for more than two meetings per year, except for illness or when excused, such member shall automatically forfeit their position on the Board. Each BOD will hold office for three years until a successor is duly elected or appointed.
